The Story — & the Fit
This season
Avery was a featured, high-usage attacker on a strong club team — 225 kills on 788 swings over 137 sets — and earned her club’s leadership award. Mid-season she was moved from her natural outside spot to the right side; on the left, her hitting was improving (she cut her error rate from 27% to 18% over the spring) while keeping a ~30% kill rate.
Where she fits
She's eager to compete for a spot and contribute right away — front-row pin or all six rotations, wherever she fits best. The ideal home runs a fast pin offense, develops young hitters, and gives her room to keep growing (and reps on the service line). The data shows exactly how to use her.
Where she’ll grow
Honest and coachable: finishing the “easy” balls (broken / out-of-system plays) and late-set composure. She already competes against a set block — tightening the rest is the next step, and she’s trending the right way.
